The home is spacious and quite attractive. The setting is perfect for visitors because it is quiet and in a beautiful neighborhood.The owner is very pleasant but I believe is not cognitive of the needs of adult, non-student guests. It was necessary to request basic items like wine glasses, apparently because of the necessity to discourage young guests not to drink alcohol and party on the premises. The front steps had not been swept of debris. The garden before the front of the house was unkempt.There was mold in the coffee maker which had not been cleaned of the coffee grinds in the filter. The stove and oven had not been cleaned. We did not feel like we could use the kitchen for most basic needs. Perhaps the unit should be only best rented to university students in an area where student accommodations are at a premium.
