Enjoyed the birthday weekend.
Great location and had everything needed. We really liked the little welcome basket.
Toilet seat needed fixing so was awkward for the children, but was warned the day before so atleast I knew ahead of coming. Took me a while to work out how to use the oven but got there in the end.

Overall a lovely stay and the host was very good when we had issues with the boiler and hot water
Lovely bungalow In a quiet location. Comfy beds
Garden was a little dirty with cobwebs all over furniture and weeds and hosepipe left unravelled. Problems with hot water, loose toilet seat and recliners not working g in lounge area

Lovely location, lovely quiet area, amenities are great
Location is great, in a quiet area, with only a short trip to skegness sea front, this bungalow has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Off road parking for two or three cars. Welcome pack was greatly appreciated, and the bathroom had shampoo conditioner and body wash, has everything you might need for a weekend away. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely and spacious. Perfect for families, we had children aged from 9 months to 11 years old and suited them all perfectly. 10 minutes away from most locations like beaches, town and fantasy island.
Couldn’t get Netflix to work but that is the only thing.
