Awesome overall!

It was clean and the location was supreme.Would definetly recommend it for solo travellers.

Great Location!!

Apartment was very central!! Close to bus stops , Restaurants and City center. Check in was very easy and room was clean.

The host live in the same Apartment in the living room. So as soon as you enter you have to face him everytime which I didn't find good as there was no privacy, he is full time outside keeping an eye on you. So I wont recommend it to couples who need a bit of privacy.

I liked this apartment! The host is very hospitable and friendly, and the apartment is always clean and smells good. The bed linen is clean! The location is convenient, and everything is close by, including transportation, attractions, and shops. I highly recommend it! Come and see for yourself )))

Great location but host is a chain smoker

Great location, helpful host, apartment is clean apart from bad smells of smoking

Unfortunately although the listing shows house rules as No Smoking, the host is a chain smoker, he sleeps in the living room and the horrible smoke smell goes everywhere. I had to leave after the first night,was feeling very ill. Beware if you're a non smoker.

The best accommodation during my stay in Belgrade.

Location is very good. Tourist spots, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, bus stops to the airport, money changers. Everything is in an easy walking distance. Lastly, the host is very friendly.

Расположение было удобное, хозяин был вежлив и приветлив.

Когда я оформляла бронирование, я не увидела информации о том, что это просто небольшая квартира и хозяин квартиры живет в ней же. Когда я приехала, дверь открыл очень приветливый человек, но выяснилось, что спать он будет в комнате, через которую мне надо будет пройти из своей комнаты, чтобы попасть в туалет или ко входной двери. Для меня такие условия очень стеснительны. Поэтому я заплатила за одну ночь, чтобы не обижать хозяина, но не осталась ночевать, а сразу уехала. Еще в квартире был неприятный запах, как иногда бывает в старом жилье.

Emplacement idéal mais confort différent de ce qui était attendu.

La localisation est un vrai point fort : le logement est très central, à deux pas de la place de la République, avec de nombreux restaurants et magasins accessibles à pied.

Je n’avais pas compris lors de la réservation qu’il s’agissait d’un logement chez l’habitant, avec le propriétaire dormant sur le canapé. Le logement comprend deux chambres, une cuisine partagée et une salle de bain très petite et peu pratique, avec un lavabo minuscule. La chambre est correcte, mais le couchage consiste en un futon assez dur, ce qui peut ne pas convenir à tout le monde. L’hôte ne parle pas bien anglais mais est aidant et discret.

ベオグラード中心部にあり、お店などへ行きやすかった。バスルームが綺麗だった。 1人用の部屋があり、ベッドや机、1人がけのソファもあり過ごしやすかった。オーナーのEricさんがとても優しかった。雪が降っていた中外出しようとしたところ、傘を貸してくれた。次回ベオグラードに滞在するときはまたここに来たいです。

特段無いですが、部屋同士の壁が薄め？で音が聞こえやすかったので、動画視聴や音楽鑑賞の際はイヤホンをした方が、他の方にご迷惑かけずに済むと思います。

とにかく便利なロケーションで、観光地、飲食店、スーパーやショッピングモールなど全てが徒歩圏内です。ベオグラードの路線バスはなんと全て無料で、そのバス停からもすぐ近くです。宿は4階にありますが、ちゃんとエレベーターもあるので荷物が重くても大丈夫です。部屋は広くて日当たりも良く、外からも見えにくくなっています。フリーのスティックコーヒーを用意してくれていてありがたかったです。宿のオーナーさんは英語のコミュニケーションではGoogle翻訳が必要ですが、常に協力的で親切でした。Wi-Fiも問題なく使えます。

今年たまたま急激に寒くなるのが早かったそうでセントラルヒーティングが使えず、部屋に暖房がありませんでした。10月15日以降使えるようになるそうです。でもオーナーさんが予備の布団を出してくれて、おかげさまで夜は暖かく眠ることができました。同じ理由でシャワー室も寒かったです。あと、トイレの床に足を置く場所がなくて（床が高くなっているため）使いにくかったです。

Замечательное расположение. Все просто, но есть всё самое необходимое. Когда бронируете это жильё, вы должны понимать, что это не пятизвёздочный отель , а скромная комната за скромную цену, но в очень удобном месте. Я бы советовала это жильё для одинокого молодого парня или мужчины без "барских" запросов.
