It's located in Vracar which has a couple noteworthy attractions and there are a few bus stops nearby. Food around is limited in cuisine but there are some good spots. There are 2+ convenience stores just outside. It's a clean place with a neat little kitchenette. The patio is absolutely wonderful. If you're a solo traveler like me this is a nice private spot.

The bathroom is a bit cramped. Not a huge issue but if you need space while on the toilet that might be rough for you. Again, it is a small place studio, I don't really see it as a bad point though. The bed / couch is just about as it is when you come in. There's one sheet, blanket, and pillow in the drawer, so there's not much to change it from how it is when you come in, but for me it was plenty comfortable.

It's a very, very small space, but just enough for one person, and in my opinion for a shorter stay (for a longer period I'd need more space for my baggage). It had everything I needed, and since I was mostly out, it did meet my criteria: having somewhere to take a shower, sleep, and make myself coffee. Despite the small space, there was enough space to work out, which was a bonus for me. The small balcony and the backyard offer peacefulness, and local cats visiting only made my stay more enjoyable. The location is extraordinary - for those who know Belgrade, "kod Vukovog spomenika" is enough to say. This is on the border of the city centre and the old bohemian Vračar quarter - just perfect! The tram and bus stations are at the distance of just 2-3 minutes by foot, and you can reach the city centre (the Parliament) in 20 minutes by foot. The host is a really nice person, and he even went a little and beyond to pick me up with a car upon my arrival and brought me straight to the accommodation - I really appreciate it.

For those who consider these things important, the bed is slightly uncomfortable and the balcony isn't completely private. However, the trade-offs are acceptable to me — it's just enough to make it good value for money.

Even though the apartment was immaculately clean when I arrived, there was no plan for cleaning during my 3 weeks there. There were some cleaning equipments, but it was definitely not sufficient. The floor gets dirty very easily because there’s nowhere to place your shoes and you step directly into the apartment with your shoes. In the end I had to pay for someone to come and clean, but at that point the floor was already very dirty and the apartment just felt very unpleasant. And then it turned out that this cleaning was very superficial - I noticed the same spots and dust on the floor as before the cleaning.. From when I arrived, the kitchen equipment was very greasy and had lots of stains. There wasn’t any dish soap either. Anyway, I would stay again, but if longer than a few days I would like to have a plan for regular cleaning.

The perfect location. It has all a person needs for a short stay. Easy to check-in, easy to communicate with the host. Despite it being close to the main entrance door, it was not noisy.

A bit on the small side, but ok for a single person.
