Laundry is possible for 10 euros. It's expensive, but the tradeoff is that the host did it for us and came pick up the clothes right at the door, so no need to find a place in the city or even bring it to him.
As soon as we needed anything, the host brought it at our doorstep discretely. He was very kind and answered fast.
Everything was as expected and very good value for the money. No problem whatsoever.
The only slight problem was that the shower didn't drain properly. In a short amount of time the lower part was filled up and it needed some time for it to drain and not overflow everywhere. So if there is two people that can't take a shower at the same time, it can be problematic as one would have to wait for the shower to drain after.

I really love this studio. It’s so beautiful, cozy, and very well taken care of. The area is peaceful, quiet, and perfect for relaxing, while still being close to everything you need. The host was very kind, helpful, and always quick to respond. I truly felt at home during my stay. Everything was clean and exactly as described. I’m definitely coming back, and I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Belgrade!
