Die Lage ist sehr gut, man hat alles in der Nähe was man braucht. Schlüsselübergabe hat super geklappt. Gastgeber waren sehr zuvor kommend und sehr bemüht zu helfen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft empfehlen. Wir kommen wieder

The apartment is spacious (I had enough room to work out, which was a big plus), and has a TV with lots of channels, a small kitchenette, a refrigerator and even a functioning washing machine. The bed and pillows are very comfortable - I got a great night's sleep during my stay. Clean towels, several bottles of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, diswashing liquid, toilet rolls, cleaning products, hair dryer, etc. were provided. It's in a nice location with good traffic connectivity. The neighbourhood is peaceful and quiet. You can reach the city centre in 30 minutes by trolleybus, passing through the historic Vračar district on the way. Lovers of brutalist architecture will enjoy the nearby Konjarnik area, home to the Rudo/Eastern Gate of the city. A huge shopping centre and two supermarkets (Vero and Lidl) are in the immediate vicinity, so shopping for groceries is very convenient and saves time. The host is nice and communication with her was excellent. Overall, I enjoyed staying in this apartment and would recommend it to others - especially smokers (see below why). :-)

It wasn't very warm, but I found it comfortable enough as I'm used to a slightly colder house. The heating is central, so it can't be turned on or off – it turns on early in the morning (5 or 6 am), and turns off late in the evening (around 9 or 10 pm). There were a few minor things that could be improved: one wardrobe door that doesn't close easily; a coat/jacket hanger is missing next to the entrance door, and a real shade curtain in the room (as sometimes the sun would hit the room too much); there are no shelves in the shower for bottles of shampoo, shower gel, etc. There was no laundry rack for drying, so I used chairs and the radiator - but the clothes were dry very quickly, after several hours. Some tea towels in the kitchen would be desirable. The WiFi connection was a bit unreliable. The only thing that I REALLY disliked was the lingering cigarette smell, which I only managed to remove after more than a week of frequently airing the apartment and using incense sticks.

Квартира достаточно просторная, больше, чем кажется на фото. Дом находится в тихом месте, вокруг зелёные дворы, удобно гулять с собакой. Место для парковки пришлось поискать, но в итоге оно нашлось. Общение с хозяйкой было прекрасным! Она даже одобрила наш заезд немного раньше установленного срока. Огромное спасибо! Так же мы смогли приехать с нашей собакой без доплат и дополнительных вопросов.

В квартире очень сильно слышно абсолютно всё, что происходит в холле и у лифтов, а так же соседей. Но эта проблема многих городских квартир, с берушами - не страшно. Главной проблемой было то, что постельное бельё и полотенца очень сильно пахли табаком. Да и в самой квартире запах табака не чувствуется только если открыть настежь окно. Для кого-то это может быть неважным, но так как мы не курим - это было просто ужасно. Плед, который лежит на кровати был весь усеян чужими тёмными волосами. Так же нам не повезло с погодой, за окном шёл дождь и в квартире было довольно холодно. Единственный маленький обогреватель почти не справляется.
