The location is very good. It’s very close to the bus stop. If you come from the airport with bus no. 72, the bus stop you need to get off at is Studenska, not Studenski. It’s very easy to reach the house with that bus, and the owner picked me up from the bus stop. Very lovely owner.

The place is very small. It’s not a 1-bedroom apartment, it’s a studio. This needs to be mentioned. I believe it’s between 10–20 square metres. It’s okay for a short stay (1–2 nights max). It’s passable for a longer stay only if you have no space issues. You share a hallway with the neighbours when you enter from the main door (not the building’s entrance), so you constantly hear who goes in and out of their flat. The upstairs neighbours are quite noisy, I assume there are many young people and kids. Great value for the money, though. Plus, the hot water in the shower runs out after about 5 minutes. If you like long showers, it’s impossible, so if you visit in winter, make sure you complete your shower quickly. Finally, I wish there were some wine glasses in the kitchen.

Отличные апартаменты. Чисто, уютно. В 15 минутах ходьбы огромный супермаркет. В квартире есть все необходимое. Приветливые хозяева всегда были на связи. Я очень довольна!

It is not very far from the city center (but anyway, it's about 40min by bus), everything is +/- clean and new, a shower cabin is quite big and good.

Check-out is at 10 a.m, which is not comfortable at all. The flat is on the ground floor, and the window looks at the street- so it's noisy and dark. And it is VERY SMALL. It is about 10 sqm. It is literally a long hall with kitchen "wall", the tiny table and small bed are placed. Bed is uncomfortable (too soft). Also it is cold and you can't use the air-conditioner at night because it is noisy.
