I have stayed in Estes Park a few times. I have driven past the building our condo was in many times during the years. The condo is in an older building but the interior has been updated nicely. Whomever was responsible for the updating did a great job. Also, the condo was very clean. The only comment I could make that would have made my stay better is another living room chair. Currently there is just a really nice couch. The condo is also close the RMN Park entry gate.
Again, a wonderful stay!

Location is top notch. River right outside back door with chairs to enjoy it. We had elk right outside the front door the morning we checked out.
All kitchen items were clean as were the bathrooms. Older, but certainly clean and comfortable. We will definitely look for this unit again next time we book a stay in Estes.

This place was the cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. I didn’t have to worry about my little one crawling on the floor because they were so clean. The kitchen was very well stocked too. We cook a lot when we are on vacation and I was able to find everything we needed.
This location is very convenient to the park as well as close to town.
