We came to visit RMNP and the location made it very easy. Comfortable beds. My son said the pull out couch wasn’t very comfortable.Kitchen was well equipped.Kitchen table needed to be cleaned before we used it.There were some crumbs in the pullout couch.Pool looked nice but we never used it because it wasn’t warm enough outside for us to want to.AC didn’t seem to work, but we just opened the windows at night so I didn’t bother to ask about it.Reading this back it sounds more negative than I mean it to. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to RMNP and our condo certainly helped make our trip a great one

The property was very nice and clean.
Really enjoyed the deck overlooking the stream. Did not like the stairs to the 2nd floor, I somehow missed that it was not on the main floor. Other than that it was comfy and cozy.
