Featuring a large personal hot tub (accessed by a short walk outside the unit*), king bed, two queen beds, queen sleeper sofa, cable TV and a gas fireplace, Unit 275 overlooks the pool and rests five minutes from downtown shopping and dining. Just as advertised. Very clean and spacious. Nice view of the sunrise from the deck. The hot tub was big and in good working order. It was nice to be just a mile from the park entrance. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of this property is beautiful. Very close to Rocky Mountain National Park and a pretty short drive to the center of Estes Park. I think the property is a little dated and some things maybe need to be pointed out in the description. The property does not have air conditioning. Even in Estes Park, July is pretty warm. With windows open it was nearly comfortable, but rough on my allergies. Also, the hot tub is not very private. Sure, you need a code to get in and it is reserved for your unit, but you have to leave your unit and walk near the pool to the hot tub. All in all it was a good stay. Not sure I would stay in this unit again though.

Perfect location for a wedding at Della Terra. It’s located next to pool, which is great and with private hot tub with Excellent view of river. Would recommend and stay again

We had a beautiful time in Estes Park and the location of the inn was great! With that being said, the property was not in great shape. There were exposed wires leading to our unit, chipped paint and a leak in our ceiling over bed. The maintenance man came to look but all he did was push the bed forward so we wouldn’t get dripped on our heads while sleeping. Also, the advertised hot tub was not directly attached to the unit. We did have a private hot tub, but had to exit our unit and walk through the parking lot to access which made it much less enjoyable then we had hoped.
