Cozy Condo on Fall River - 1 Mile to RMNP Gate!

So close to the park. It was great. There was a massive elk right in the complex - very cool to see. Place was updated and nice. Kitchen/living room was upstairs, beds were on main level - I had my parents with me and I didn’t know that. They did fine on the stairs, but just a disclaimer to others.

It was a little hot when we got there but some open windows and fans helped cool it down quickly (we basically just slept there, so not much to complain about there).

The location was great, super close to RMNP and a few restaurants within 5 minutes. The space was the perfect size for our family of 4 but you could probably add a few more comfortably. Access to the river was definitely an added bonus.

Although the location was great, it was but a bit hard to find. GPS took us to a location on the other side of the river originally. The address is on a post off the highway, but it is backwards if you are coming in from Estes Park. They should give the landmark of the other rental that is next door. The stove didn't work (didn't try the oven), but the rest of the kitchen was great. It was also pretty hot inside the apartment. They do provide fans which helped a little but upstairs it got pretty stuffy. The pool indicated that it was 3 feet deep but it was definitely closer to 4-4.5 feet (too deep for my daughter) and you have to walk up the hill to the rental property next door.

Todo Instalaciones en general, muy cómodas con todos los servicios Y la ubicación perfecta

Todo bien

Easy access to Fall River side of RMNP

Limited river view in certain condos, difficult to determine when booking. Could have been cleaner, especially when you need to take out the garbage, unload the dishwasher and wash the towels yourself.
