The condo was very clean, tastefully decorated and a very comfortable place to rest and spend a few days. We visited the park for most of the day, but after some long hikes we loved the close proximity to restaurants and the many little shops in the evening. Parking is close and very easy. The Safeway is short drive away if you plan to cook in, which we did for breakfast and a dinner. Kitchen is well stocked and they provide some kcups, paper products and dish soap to get you started. The beds are very comfortable and even the sofa bed has a built in air mattress so it’s far better than a standard pullout. This was our first stop on a 3 park vacation so we were happy to use the great washer and dryer before leaving so we could depart with clean clothes. That was fantastic. Overall, 2 thumbs up. I would highly recommend to couples or families with older children.

The location was great as it offered easy access to downtown. It would have been a great place for the Christmas parade if COVID hadn’t ruined that. The condo was comfortable and had all of the necessary cooking supplies. The beds and other furniture were in good condition and comfortable. The only complaint we had was the lack of cleaning supplies and paper/waste products. They only supplied 2 rolls of toilet paper and a 1 roll of paper towels along with 2 trash bags for 6 people and 7 nights. There was also no broom available to help clean up throughout the week. Other than those minor issues, the place worked out great.

This is a repeat rental for me. I've stayed at another unit in this building but this one on the front corner is better. Clean, 2 sides of windows to open the place up, large outdoor balcony, sliding glass door in the front corner is perfect for people watching while seated in the chair! Bed comfy too! We walked to the Stanley, Estes shops are right outside your door, walk to the flyshop for fishing trips. Be sure to put the parking permit in your car window. We didn't and got a ticket shoved so far down our windshield that we didn't discover it until we got to Denver. $25 plus $30 shipping to get it to Estes overnight to avoid penalty. The permits are tucked in the top drawer of the island in the kitchen. Found them the last day there.

Overall good stay. What was disappointing was I thought we were staying in a 2 bedroom, but the one “bedroom” that is right inside the front door is really an alcove with no wall or door so there is NO privacy. You could see anyone sitting at the table and hear the tv and anyone in the kitchen. The pictures online did not show this so we were very surprised. With 2 adults and 3 teens, this was problematic. The front bedroom window is right on the Main Street so there was some noise from
street traffic, especially on the weekend. Additionally, you do not have an assigned parking spot. You have a permit to park in the public lot behind the building so several times we had to circle around or wait to get parking in the afternoon. The location was right in downtown Estes Park and only about a 10 minutes drive to the entrance on Rocky Mountain National Park. Additionally, I wanted to cancel due to traveling due to Covid but I missed the 1 month cancellation (my own fault) without being penalized. I requested twice but was denied, so we went as we didn’t want to lose all that money. Some people in downtown Estes Park were not wearing masks outside despite not being able to social distance. On the trails, it was the same. Masks were required inside.
