This Estes Park condo is located in the center of town in the Rivers Pointe Downtown Lofts. Large windows provide a perfect vantage point from where you can enjoy the view and experience parades and other happenings. Dining and shopping are only a short walk from this rental. Guests can also hop in the car and head to Rocky Mountain National Park for hiking on the trails.

The loft was great with all the amenities for our family of four: huge dining room table, washer and dryer, great location close to all the restaurants and shops and very easy parking at the back. Loved the touches with shampoo, soap and even washer soap at the apartment. We loved it and we would recommend it to everybody!

What an amazing property! So simple to check in and the place is perfect! Well maybe a small sectional away from perfect but it is really cool! Thanks for everything we will be back

Overall good stay. What was disappointing was I thought we were staying in a 2 bedroom, but the one “bedroom” that is right inside the front door is really an alcove with no wall or door so there is NO privacy. You could see anyone sitting at the table and hear the tv and anyone in the kitchen. The pictures online did not show this so we were very surprised. With 2 adults and 3 teens, this was problematic. The front bedroom window is right on the Main Street so there was some noise from
street traffic, especially on the weekend. Additionally, you do not have an assigned parking spot. You have a permit to park in the public lot behind the building so several times we had to circle around or wait to get parking in the afternoon. The location was right in downtown Estes Park and only about a 10 minutes drive to the entrance on Rocky Mountain National Park. Additionally, I wanted to cancel due to traveling due to Covid but I missed the 1 month cancellation (my own fault) without being penalized. I requested twice but was denied, so we went as we didn’t want to lose all that money. Some people in downtown Estes Park were not wearing masks outside despite not being able to social distance. On the trails, it was the same. Masks were required inside.
