The cost… way to expensive

This is our second stay and we love the location and amenities. This stay we were in the upstairs unit, which was nice. I was disappointed in the patio area where the grill and picnic table was as it was very overgrown and needed to be mowed. It would also be nice if there was more seating in the livingroom. The table chairs are neat but not very comfortable. We will definitely stay again tho.
The floors are loud when walking on them and the washer was super loud but worked.

The location is great to walk around downtown Estes.
If there is a washer and dryer it would be great to supply washing detergent.

Location is ideal. One block away from downtown Estes. Plenty of space for two people. Comfortable beds. Convenient parking. Strong Wi-Fi. Nice updated kitchen and bath. Has a cottage feel with the knotty pine panelling and knotty pine furniture. May not be everyone's style, but we liked it. Has a pleasant covered deck with table and chairs for eating, drinking, and relaxing outside. Deck also has a hot tub which we didn't use. The family below us used theirs and seemed to enjoy it. Has a ceiling fan in each bedroom and a couple of extra portable fans to help make up for no air conditioning.
We were there during a hot spell and would have appreciated AC. The fans helped to make up for that. Most of the windows were hard to raise and lower to let in fresh air.
