Spacious Dtwn Estes Park Loft Condo: 4 Mi to RMNP

Location and came as advertised!!

Host Mr. Singh was very accessible, courteous and responded promptly to questions/requests sent via text. I'd recommend this property. Excellent location in a small town that was wonderful to visit.

Loved the location and that we could walk to the shops and restaurants, and not have to take the car. We loved the simplicity of the loft and that it wasn’t over decorated or over done with Estes park logos. We go to Estes a lot and have always wanted to stay in a loft in town. Great place to stay and the owners were great with communication on the door codes and sending emails leading up to our stay. We appreciated that very much. We would definitely stay again.

There was a lot of dust under the bed in the actual bedroom. Not a deal breaker. Just think the owners should know, since they have a cleaning person that comes in to clean. I wouldn’t have noticed if one of my socks didn’t fall under the bed. The trash policy is a little weird, because you’re paying over $500.00 to stay there for a few days and you’re required to take all the trash out or you’ll get a fine of $200.00. I think that’s a little bit much to charge people. Especially if the owners are paying a cleaning person. What are they cleaning exactly? I mean we cleaned before we left and took out the trash.

Always liked the location.

I didn’t care for the choice of the grill on the patio and it wasn’t cleaned when I went to use it. I preferred the gas one that was there on my last visit over the cheap electric one. Also the choice of your cable package was terrible . With all the rain in the area that week not being able to watch any currant programming made for long evenings. Lastly adding grab bars in the tub/shower would be a great addition for seniors who might struggle getting in and out of the shower .
