Everything perfect
Beautiful view and location, super kind host. It was really pleasant stay, happy for staying for three nights here. The house is next to the road, but it was no disturbing sounds. It was also easy to reach restaurants, stores as well as hikes and train station. The host gave us many recommendations for the restaurants and hikes. :) Comfortable beds (both - the main bed and the sofa-bed that had a normal matress). Nice interior. The kitchen is fully equipped.

Great views of Chiavenna
Amazing views of the city. The apartment is within a fairly short walking distance of the center of the city. The host was very helpful, and had some great suggestions as to where to go find some local wines. Although the kitchenette is small, we found pretty much everything we needed in it to make some nice dinners.

Really nice place, renovated and spacious.
New, clean and spacious. Nice location. 8 min walk from town. Nice to be away from the crowded old city. Nice views from the apartment.
Needs more kitchen accessories like a toaster. Limited cooking items. Very loud construction noise early in Friday morning. Apparently the workers didn’t know we were there but our car was the only car on the property. There are new rooms being added but work is typically done when no guests are there.

Staff molto disponibile e flessibile sugli orari di arrivo e partenza. L'arredamento nuovo. L'ottima posizione comoda, tranquilla e vicina al centro. Il parcheggio coperto.
La mancanza di tende alle portefinestre. La cucuna con solo due fuochi e dotazione poco adatta a chi ama cucinare.

Stadtnähe aber doch ruhig gelegen. In 5 Min zu Fuss in der Stadt.Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Gute Klimaanlage. Super nette Betreuung und Frottee-Tücher Wechsel auf Verlangen. Rosana hat uns alle Wünsche erfüllt. Sogar extra für uns eine Kaffeemaschine gekauft.
Küche mit 2 Herdplatten ausgerüstet. Für einfaches Kochen ok.
