The shower was a little on the small side for a bigger person but other than that everything else was perfect👌

Perfect view and cosy place

The hosts left us some homemade cookies and local coffee that was amazing. The space has a very good smell and the views are incredible

A wonderful stay in a great location

We loved the location and the fact it had everything we needed! The cafe/bakery across the street was delicious, as was the pizzeria next door. It’s an easy walk to town. It was very clean and had great views!

We liked everything. There isn’t any assigned parking but we lucked out and got spaces right out front each time we needed them. I don’t think there would be any way to have a reserved spot, so there’s nothing to be fixed about this situation, just something to consider if you have limited mobility or would be unable to walk from down the road where there was more parking.

Stupendo

Bellissimo appartamento in un elegante contesto accanto al fiume. La casa è fornita di ogni necessità e abbiamo anche trovato tè, caffè, tisane e biscottini oltre che ai condimenti di base. Proprietari cortesi e comunicativi, la procedura di check-in è stata semplicissima.

sehr große und voll ausgestattete Wohnung Fahrstuhl Bäcker gleich gegenüber Kaffeeproben von der örtlichen Rösterei Schöner Blich vom Balkon

Parken nicht direkt vor der Haustür möglich, aber ca. 300 m gegenüber zu fairen Preisen möglich

Sehr sauber, groß und praktisch. Sehr zentral. Wesentlich größer als gedacht.

Der Wasserdruck beim Duschen war sehr ungleichmäßig. Manchmal sehr schwach.

Rilassante, da ripetere!

Ci è piaciuto tutto! Dimensioni e pulizia dell'appartamento, tra l'altro molto vicino al centro e alla stazione. Vista splendida sulle montagne e silenzio assoluto. Proprietaria gentilissima e molto disponibile, abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli da lei in attesa che tutto fosse pronto per il nostro ingresso. Un grazie a lei e alla sua vicina di casa, altrettanto cortese e super disponibile! Torneremo di sicuro!

Appartamento confortevole e dalla posizione ideale per un soggiorno a Chiavenna. Proprietari gentili e sempre disponibili per ogni necessità. Molto consigliato, ci torneremo sicuramente.

Apart tranquille, spacieux, central avec belle vue des montagnes

L'appart est très spacieux, avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Il n'est pas très loin du centre, tranquille sans bruit et tout l'équipement qu'il faut. Le personnel est très à l'écoute et réactif et flexible.

Ein Glücksgriff!

Die Nähe zum Zentrum war super. Das Frühstück konnten wir bequem in der Wohnung nehmen. Gleich beim Hauseingang nebenan war ein tolles Café mit leckeren Sachen.

Wir mussten nach einem Parkplatz suchen. Es fand sich jedoch immer ein Platz.

Ottima esperienza. Appartamento molto carino, ci ritornerei

L’appartamento è recentemente ristrutturato, molto curato e ben attrezzato, soprattutto nella zona cucina, dove si trovano stoviglie, detersivi e tutto il necessario (cosa non sempre scontata). Molto apprezzati i dettagli “di benvenuto” che fanno sentire subito a proprio agio, come i biscotti sul tavolo della sala, la lavagnetta con le istruzioni e i depliant con informazioni utili su percorsi e gite. Il check-in fai da te è stato comodissimo; soprattutto nel nostro caso, considerando che abbiamo utilizzato l’appartamento solo per una notte tra sabato e domenica (con arrivo alle 2 di notte e partenza alle 11 del mattino stesso). La posizione è davvero ottima e vicinissima al centro; conoscevo un po’ la zona perché c’ero già stata ed è molto comoda per muoversi a piedi. La casa è perfetta per 4 persone; noi eravamo in 5 e, pur non essendoci troppo spazio, siamo riusciti a sistemare in sala un materassino gonfiabile senza troppi problemi.

Unica vera pecca l’assenza del bidet: è presente un doccino accanto al wc, ma purtroppo quando ci siamo stati noi la pressione dell’acqua era troppo bassa per utilizzarlo; anche la doccia e lavandino hanno risentito un po’ della scarsa pressione. Infine, essendo l’appartamento sopra un pub, d’estate con le finestre aperte a qualcuno potrebbe dare fastidio un po’ di possibile rumore fino a tarda notte (tuttavia, nel nostro caso eravamo così stanchi che non ce ne siamo quasi accorti).
