Very pleased and if coming back would book again
Location was great. Apartment clean
No full length mirror On checking adapter plugs we brought did not fit and had to buy 4 new ones with the 3 prongs . Mix up initially on arriving luckily we had a relative who speaks Italian to help

Nice location, nice apartment
Nice location and clean
1 roll of toilet paper for 3 ppl for a week, few wine glasses were cracked, lots of instructions but we dont speak itallian. We told them via email ( presumably via booking . Com) we were arriving late , we were greeted by a lovely lady with the key who spoke no english, we have no idea how or where to leave the key. If we didnt have an itallian friend with us we would have been in trouble. I understandrstand we are in a non-speaking country but i am corresponding with Booking. Com in english, i expect some instructions in english.

Location. the washer and dryer was super helpful the apartment was spacious for 4 hockey players and their equipment.
Shower drain was plugged, tap leak, some maintenance needed. Only one couch pulled out to a bed

Good
It is a huge apartment with plenty of space in historical centre of Chiavenna. It was clean, everything work, maybe Wi-Fi is relatively weak.
Location of apartment is great, but directly under apartment is bar and during whole week is pretty noisy up to 23:00-00:00. Also parking is relatively problematic. There is a lot of parking places close to apartment, but during workweek is everything paid until 19:00.

Fabulous
The host don’t speak English so it is slightly difficult to agree all details but we’ve managed somehow. The property is located at the pedestrian only area so it is difficult to drive in and unpack the car.

das Stadt ist interessant und empfehlenswert
liegt zentral in der historischen, verkehrsfreien Altstadt - viele Geschäfte und Cafes.
leider ist keine Anfahrt per Auto möglich- kostenfreie PP nur in weitem Umfeld od per Easypark 7€/Tag. Das Haus ist schwer zu finden- es heisst Casa Balbiani, Via Francesco Dolzino. Casa Capestalozzi kennt hier niemand!
