Great apartment

Communication with the host was very good. Location of the apartment is great, easily found from the train station and right in the centre of this lovely authentic town. The apartment is on the second floor and overlooks a small piazza with a fountain and café tables. It is clean and well-equipped and we cooked and ate in the apartment a couple of times. There is a comfortable spacious sitting area as well. The only thing that is not spacious is the narrow shower (!) but this is a minor problem. We loved the apartment, we loved Chiavenna, and hopefully we'll be back again

A great little bolt hole in the middle of town.

Cozy place that was really central to all restaurants etc and was really clean. The host was amazing with comms. even sent some step by step videos on how to find and get into the place.

The room is very cozy and the location is just wonderful! You'll have beautiful view on the city centre of Chiavenna and the mountains behind Chiavenna. You have simple everything in the flat what you need - even noodles, oils and washing machine! Would come back and rent it again, 100% recommendation 😊

It's a really cute apartment and the location is absolutely fantastic. It met all of our needs.

The lock at the entrance (the one on the square) is absurdly difficult to operate and we had the terrible misfortune of happening to be locked out while it was pouring down in the middle of the night.

Wir hatten eine sehr freundliche Kommunikation über Whatsapp mit der Vermieterin

Die Lage der Wohnung in der historischen Altstadt ist sehr zentral, kann aber mit dem Auto nicht direkt erreicht werden. Der Weg vom nächstliegenden Parkplatz beträgt ca. 100m. Das Parken ist aber mittels einer Bescheinigung, die in der Wohnung vorliegt, kostenlos. Die Stadt und das Ambiente sind großartig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Hübsches Appartement mitten in der Altstadt.

Sehr freundliche und informative Kommunikation mit Claudia. Es war alles top, sauber, schön renoviert in historischem Gebäude und gut gelegen, in der Fußgängerzone. Der kurze Weg zum Parkplatz war kein Problem. Für sehr grosse Personen ist das Badezimmer etwas eng, aber das liegt am Gebäude und kann nicht einfach geändert werden. Trotzdem sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Informationen zur Ankunft, Schlüsselübergabe etc. War Vorra Genth und sehr persönlich. Die Vermieterin hat sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben und alle Erwartungen erfüllt vorhanden, was notwendig war.

Pienamente soddisfatti.

L'alloggio molto pulito e il tutto strutturato in maniera da non farti mancare nulla. Il parcheggio è a 2 passi dall'appartamento. La disponibilità della proprietaria di casa Claudia è eccezionale, ti fa sentire a casa. Che dire?! Noi abbiamo sempre frequentato hotel, ma dopo questa esperienza, la casa vacanza ci risulta un'ottima alternativa.
