Perfect place for 1person or a couple

Liked the whole monolocale. It’s big enough for 1 person or a couple. Kitchen is super modern and furnished with all basic amenities. Bed and bathroom also were super clean and had everything needed for quick stays!

It’s not that I didn’t like..but just a suggestion…an oven and washing machine would complete this casa vacanze perfectly!

La casa è molto comoda al centro, è molto curata con arredo nuovissimo e pulizia impeccabile. É dotata di un comodo posto auto e di giardinetto che accompagna all'ingresso con tavolino e sedie per una pausa di relax all'aperto. Super accoglienza della Sig.ra Morena, molto gente e disponibile.

Die ganze Wohnung mit Ausstattung, Lage etc. Die Vermieterin und auch ihre Tochter sehr offen und hilfsbereit.

Ideal um Chiavenna und Umgebung zu erkunden

Persönlicher Empfang, gute Tipps gegeben (Crottifest), super war der Garten samt Liegestühle. Liegt etwas abseits vom Zentrum, aber dennoch gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

Appartamento confortevole, pulito e vicino al centro

Appartamento moderno e molto pulito. Comodo per raggiungere a piedi il centro di Chiavenna. Molto utile il posto auto vicino a casa e l'assenza di barriere architettoniche.

Servirebbero dei cuscini un po' più rigidi per dormire. Consiglierei anche l'aggiunta di uno specchio lungo e un attaccapanni per le giacche.

Tolles Appartement und sehr nette Gastgeber

Das Appartement war neu ausgestattet und sehr sauber.Die Lage war sehr gut, etwas außerhalb, aber das Zentrum in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Es gab einen kleinen Garten mit Kleinen Tischen, wo man auch dann draußen dran sitzen konnte, um zu essen. Die Matratze im Schlafzimmer war schön hart, so wie ich es gerne habe und das Schlafsofa im Wohn/Essbereich war auch sehr gut zum Schlafen.

Das Bad ist zwar sehr schön neu gemacht, allerdings steht nach dem Duschen das halbe Bad unter Wasser (offene Dusche). Ansonsten war alles perfekt
