Безупречный отель для идеального отдыха! ​Отель просто великолепный, всё на высочайшем уровне. Огромная, но при этом невероятно ухоженная и чистая территория, где растет очень много цветов и зеленых растений. Пространство спланировано настолько грамотно, что при большом количестве отдыхающих все комфортно рассредоточены: нет вообще никакой толчеи ни на территории, ни в ресторанах. Полный релакс. Номера комфортные, уборка каждый день идеальная и очень чистая, а мини-бар в номере бесплатный и регулярно пополняется. С балкона открывается потрясающий вид. ​ В отеле прекрасные бассейны, среди которых есть отдельный бассейн только для взрослых (Adults Only) - это огромный плюс для тех, кто ищет тишины и спокойного отдыха. ​ Эту часть Египта не зря называют египетскими Мальдивами. Я была на настоящих Мальдивах и могу подтвердить: море здесь действительно очень похоже! Вода невероятно прозрачная, потрясающего лазурного цвета и очень теплая. Сам пляж отличный, а шезлонги мягкие и удобные. Ребята из пляжного сервиса работают великолепно, оперативно разносят коктейли и напитки. Огромное преимущество - пляж разделен волнорезом. Благодаря этому даже в сильный штормовой ветер можно абсолютно спокойно и безопасно плавать. Для этого побережья это редкая и важнейшая деталь! ​Питание: Выше всяких похвал, выбор блюд огромный. Каждый день предлагают великолепно приготовленное мясо на любой вкус - говядина, баранина, курица, а также разнообразные блюда из рыбы. Огромный выбор свежих и оригинальных салатов. На завтрак всегда есть потрясающий копченый лосось. Отдельного упоминания заслуживает выпечка: она здесь просто божественная, всегда свежайшая, воздушная и невероятно вкусная, устоять невозможно! Всего в изобилии и на высшем уровне. Весь персонал без исключения услужливый, приветливый и профессиональный. Команда анимации - большие молодцы, работают ненавязчиво, но очень весело и качественно, вечерняя программа отличная.

The amenities (pool, beach, room, restaurants). Check-in experience was excellent. House keeping staff was so helpful. Concierge staff was also super helpful.

A bit of delay in processing my checkout and in processing an order for drinks in the lobby today, but the staff is so polite and willing to help.

The beachfront is beautiful and we were fortunate that during our stay the water was calm and crystal clear. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Most (not all) staff were friendly; housekeeping was attentive after we pointed out several cleanliness issues. Rooms are spacious.

The whole experience was average, check-in was awful. We spent over $600 USD per night per room (not by choice, but because we were attending a wedding during high season) so I expected to have a notch experience. At check-in, I had a 45 min debate with the reception who were trying to convince me that I booked single rooms because that's "what showed up in their system", when in fact I had booked & pre-paid for two double rooms on Booking.com. The person I spoke to was insistent and I was told that for double occupancy, I would have to pay an extra $100 USD per room per night!! I tried to reason with them, asked for a manager, and the "supervisor" that came out was rude and indifferent - I won't name names- and still insisted on the ludicrous suggestion that I would have to pay an extra $100 per person per night. (It was my fault for not realizing sooner that my confirmation from Booking.com **did in fact mention** that I had paid for double occupancy). It wasn't until my elderly father lost his patience and made a fuss that another kind supervisor came and said "let me show you to your room and we'll deal with the situation later". (While we walked to the room I pulled up the Booking.com confirmation and found where it explicitly stated that I paid for double occupancy.) This gentleman was helpful and friendly, but the other two at reception never apologized. When we got to the room, it was of a less category than what I paid for (full sea-view): it was on the ground level near the pool with alot of noise. I informed the supervisor of their mistake and they showed us a different room. At that point, I couldn't be bothered to make a fuss that it was barely a sea-view (the room was very far from the beach). The bathroom floor was not cleaned properly. There was a dead insect in the room as well. Housekeeping swiftly attended to these issues (and were very helpful thereafter).
