Ghazala Luxury Collection Alamein

The beach area is absolutely phenomenal, with crystal-clear water and no pollution — truly the "Maldives of Egypt." The staff service was flawless and irreproachable; everyone was extremely attentive, helpful, and fast, always checking if everything was going well Room cleanliness was very good, featuring great decor and a lovely welcome basket. Breakfast was one of the best we've ever had, and the overall buffet food quality was great. Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout the entire resort (including on the beach), the room AC was very quiet, and the environment was super calm and great for resting. Additionally, we enjoyed 2 free hours of SPA daily, a well-equipped gym, and a nice pool area. Highly recommended!

Lunch and dinner were quite repetitive; since there are no thematic restaurants in the resort, we expected more variety in the buffet. Furthermore, the All-Inclusive package does not cover minibar refills (although you can go to the bar to get drinks to refill it yourself) and does not offer ice cream, which was disappointing for a first-line beach resort. The entertainment team/animation also fell a bit short of expectations.

Beautiful resort and a great experience overall. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, especially Guest Relations, who made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The room was great, the resort was beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time here. I would definitely come back.

Nothing major. Everything was handled well and the staff were always available when we needed anything

The hotel stuff food are v good the beach were wonderful Stuff Mariam and Fadwa were very nice and very helpful

Entrance to the Village from the main road is looking very bad with no asphalt

The beachfront is beautiful and we were fortunate that during our stay the water was calm and crystal clear. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Most (not all) staff were friendly; housekeeping was attentive after we pointed out several cleanliness issues. Rooms are spacious.

The whole experience was average, check-in was awful. We spent over $600 USD per night per room (not by choice, but because we were attending a wedding during high season) so I expected to have a notch experience. At check-in, I had a 45 min debate with the reception who were trying to convince me that I booked single rooms because that's "what showed up in their system", when in fact I had booked & pre-paid for two double rooms on Booking.com. The person I spoke to was insistent and I was told that for double occupancy, I would have to pay an extra $100 USD per room per night!! I tried to reason with them, asked for a manager, and the "supervisor" that came out was rude and indifferent - I won't name names- and still insisted on the ludicrous suggestion that I would have to pay an extra $100 per person per night. (It was my fault for not realizing sooner that my confirmation from Booking.com **did in fact mention** that I had paid for double occupancy). It wasn't until my elderly father lost his patience and made a fuss that another kind supervisor came and said "let me show you to your room and we'll deal with the situation later". (While we walked to the room I pulled up the Booking.com confirmation and found where it explicitly stated that I paid for double occupancy.) This gentleman was helpful and friendly, but the other two at reception never apologized. When we got to the room, it was of a less category than what I paid for (full sea-view): it was on the ground level near the pool with alot of noise. I informed the supervisor of their mistake and they showed us a different room. At that point, I couldn't be bothered to make a fuss that it was barely a sea-view (the room was very far from the beach). The bathroom floor was not cleaned properly. There was a dead insect in the room as well. Housekeeping swiftly attended to these issues (and were very helpful thereafter).
