The beach

Professional guest relation treatment great welcoming atmosphere,super hygienic staff, food is delicious, clean and lots of varieties, the beach is iconic, we had so much fun during our stay. It is not our first stay and definitely won’t be the last one♥️

All was great

As someone who travels often around the world, I’ve never experienced such warm, proactive, and professional hospitality at a resort. Also, they have THE most beautiful beach, with crystal-clear water. Overall, we did not want to leave. Special thank you to the Guest Relations team, Sohaila, Fadwa, and Mariam, who were absolutely incredible. They went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect and completely seamless. They helped us plan gatherings, checked in on us frequently to make sure we were happy and comfortable, and were always such friendly, welcoming faces throughout our stay. The reception team, Toka, Yousef and Madonna, were equally amazing from the moment we arrived. They were incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive. Their hospitality was so lovely. And thank you to our housekeeper, Selim, who was so friendly and hardworking. He did an amazing job every single day and always made sure everything was perfect. We went with the Deluxe Room which was incredibly spacious, well maintained, and very comfortable. This resort is without a doubt a top choice, and I will definitely be coming back!

The beachfront is beautiful and we were fortunate that during our stay the water was calm and crystal clear. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Most (not all) staff were friendly; housekeeping was attentive after we pointed out several cleanliness issues. Rooms are spacious.

The whole experience was average, check-in was awful. We spent over $600 USD per night per room (not by choice, but because we were attending a wedding during high season) so I expected to have a notch experience. At check-in, I had a 45 min debate with the reception who were trying to convince me that I booked single rooms because that's "what showed up in their system", when in fact I had booked & pre-paid for two double rooms on Booking.com. The person I spoke to was insistent and I was told that for double occupancy, I would have to pay an extra $100 USD per room per night!! I tried to reason with them, asked for a manager, and the "supervisor" that came out was rude and indifferent - I won't name names- and still insisted on the ludicrous suggestion that I would have to pay an extra $100 per person per night. (It was my fault for not realizing sooner that my confirmation from Booking.com **did in fact mention** that I had paid for double occupancy). It wasn't until my elderly father lost his patience and made a fuss that another kind supervisor came and said "let me show you to your room and we'll deal with the situation later". (While we walked to the room I pulled up the Booking.com confirmation and found where it explicitly stated that I paid for double occupancy.) This gentleman was helpful and friendly, but the other two at reception never apologized. When we got to the room, it was of a less category than what I paid for (full sea-view): it was on the ground level near the pool with alot of noise. I informed the supervisor of their mistake and they showed us a different room. At that point, I couldn't be bothered to make a fuss that it was barely a sea-view (the room was very far from the beach). The bathroom floor was not cleaned properly. There was a dead insect in the room as well. Housekeeping swiftly attended to these issues (and were very helpful thereafter).
