Absolutely incredible hotel. One of the best designed hotels in Egypt, my favorite hotel now in Sahel, and a staff that is trained in exceptionally genuine hospitality and empathy towards their guests.
The black out curtains were annoyingly short so sunrise does tend to light up the entire room

The staff very careless and slow and they are not helpful at all

The owner of the hôtel group has a huge villa complex with the best location
Overpriced
Staff were not up to standard apart from 2 staff dana and mina
No hot water
No plugs in the garden
Doors dont close properly
Poor electrics
