Nice location

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The service was poor from start to finish. The room did not include basic amenities such as soap or shampoo, and throughout my stay, the room was never cleaned and the towels were never replaced. Considering the high price I paid for the room, the level of service was completely unacceptable and did not match the cost. The valet service was even worse, especially the staff member named Hassan. I was charged $50 for a round-trip ride to a location that was only about 3 km away. To make matters worse, I had to wait for an hour and a half for the driver to pick me up and return me to the hotel, despite calling more than 10 times. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I cannot recommend this hotel, especially given the poor service and lack of value for the money.
