Out stay was beyond satisfaction. I love everything in this hotel ( clean rooms, amazing infinity pool, and nice beach area) Also, a special thanks to Mr. Mohammed the hotel security manager who was helpful to ensure our safety until we leave the hotel.

They canceled my booking because i didnt do it through their website, they cancel any booking even if it was paid for through and booking websites. And refused to refund me my money until i threatened to tell the police and my embassy, they have security at the gate, they have miscommunication through their security systems where they wont let you in even if you were a guest i have to wait 45 min at the main gate until they solved their systems and the security at the door could see my reservation. Very bad hotel and they dont care about guests or their review they just exist as a property not a hotel that cares about service or reputation. U call the room service or reception 4-5 times to get something, we had bad small coming from the showers drainage , and they didnt do anything to fix it, the windows had wind leakage and the loud wind sound from the leakage wont let u sleep all night. Very bad hotel and they dont even know what customer service is or luxury but they brand it so only because of their nice beach that’s it. But it is not worth the stay, the cost or the money spent. Rheir breakfast make u have cramps for 2 days, they use preservatives and bad ingredients messing up your gut, i have never seen worse than this stay, even the vibes at the hotel are bad and you can feel there is something bot right the minute u step in.
