Très bien situé : proche commerces, place Saint Marc. Appartement propre, bien équipé, kit d'accueil cuisine, salle de bain...

Le confort des lits. Le hall de l'immeuble avec des escaliers très hauts. Parfois l'odeur d'humidité dans la salle de bain.

Inside the apartment itself was okay.

The apartment was on the 1st floor. The ground floor was unfinished concrete with open walls. The key to get into the building rarely worked. It wasn’t until I complained that they sent me a key code to use instead. That should be standard. In addition to that, you need to use the same key to exit the building, which is a complete hazard. What made it even worse is that the key to exit the building only worked once during my 3-night stay. The first time I couldn’t exit, I banged on the door until a passerby asked me to drop the key out the window so he could let me out from the outside. Every time after that, I had to call a family member to let them know I was leaving and ask them to leave their hotel to put in the key code to let me out- a complete inconvenience. Then, the last night, the power went out in the area. It turned back on for a few people but not in this building. There are shutters blocking the windows so it was dark and hot. I also had an issue with the AC unit not working the first night. The floors were also really chalky, which I believe is due to the unfinished interior on the ground floor. While the WhatsApp provided quick responses, they were generic automated responses that didn’t answer my question or correct the issue. Someone would follow by saying that someone was going to help but help never appeared for any of my issues.
