Exclusive San Marco Apartment

This apartment was the nicest unit we have ever stayed in. It has been totally, professionally remodelled; and if I can use the word I would say with “class”! Location was exceptional on a quiet laneway but close to everything. The mattress was great, extra pillows. 4 piece bathroom with super pressure and lots of hot water in the shower. Quality kitchen appliances and a clothes washer. New top of the line windows in every room and AC units in the living room & bedroom. It would be hard to find a more perfect apartment for a night or a month.

1)The building owner happened to be upgrading the entrance floor which made it a bit difficult to get up the first step;however it was a small job that would be completed in 2 days. 2) Ironically there was a glitch with the newly installed AC units. It was a hot night so not much sleep. We notified the landlord before we went out for breakfast and she had a technician there within a few hours. Unfortunately the units could not be repaired until the next day. The landlord refunded our payment and offered us another one of her rental units close by. Even with the negative of the AC units there was a greater positive seeing how fair and fast acting the landlord is. 10/20
