Cosy San Marco Apartment

Un emplacement idéal, tout près de San Marco. Un appartement spacieux à un prix raisonnable. Une très bonne expérience.

Confort dans le salon, design plutôt sobre

Very clean, well furnished and comfortable property situated near main attractions in Venice.

I like the location very close to San Marco square. Very easy to get to and from the property. I like the modern feel of the property. And the amenities that were offered.

There's a step going in the property and up to the first set of stairs. In all honesty, it's dangerous and quite honestly I'm amazed that they can even rent a place out that has this type of step. At some point somebody could really get injured. The property appeared to be clean. Upon further inspection or I should say when my pillowcase came off the pillow. I was not happy but honestly it was disgusting. The pillow is yellow with spots all over it and just not acceptable. I saw on previous reviews at the Wi-Fi had issues. I had issues with the Wi-Fi. It does not work properly. I contacted the people that are running the unit and they said they would get back to me. Pretty much just blew me off. The Wi-Fi is not good at all. This needs to be fixed. For anybody else that sees this review. Make sure that you look at the pillows and check out that Wi-Fi. Also, the step is definitely dangerous and in my opinion should not be allowed to use the property until fixed. I say all this owning three vacation rentals myself. This would not meet the standards for me as an owner and I certainly would not risk having guests injure themselves going in and out of the property.

Location, cleanliness
