Located less than a minute's walk from Piazza San Marco, the apartment is located in Calle Frezzeria, one of the most elegant and central areas of Venice. Despite the proximity to the main places of interest, the side street guarantees peace and quiet, away from the tourist chaos.
Sleeping here means having at your fingertips:
• The main historical monuments and museums
• Luxury boutiques and iconic shops
• Supermarkets, pharmacies and vaporetto stops
House rules:
Guests are asked to behave in an environmentally friendly manner.
For safety reasons, we ask you to close all windows before leaving the house, and not to leave the front door open.
Smoking in the house is not permitted.
Pets are not allowed.
Guests are asked to leave the apartment tidy and without damage.
Check in time is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Check out time is by 10:00 AM
In case of no notice, after 6:00 PM the reservation will be considered NO SHOW, in case of a delay previously notified, late check in will be evaluated based on our availability.
During check-in guests will be asked to pay the tourist tax, equal to € 4.00 per person per night.
A regular receipt will be issued.
The possibility of late check-in will be evaluated based on requests, if positive from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM guests will be asked for the sum of € 30.00 after 10:00 PM € 50.00 will be requested
