Fenice Maison, modern apartment in the Sestiere di San Marco, one of the best areas to visit Venice.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without an elevator. The bright, modern living area includes a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, kettle and toaster, a dining table and a sitting area with a sofa and TV.
The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with queen size beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with shower. A bathroom with shower and hairdryer completes the layout.
*The building is not equipped with an elevator.
*Guests can access the accommodation via a numeric code, which they can obtain only after completing the online registration of their IDs, signing the digital rent agreement, and paying the tourist tax via a payment link they will receive a few days before arrival. The code will be active starting from 3 p.m.

A good location to everything we were doing in Venice.Had everything we needed although we couldn’t find a washing machine. Thought that was listed when we booked. Beds comfortable.Felt safe and secure.

The flat was really nice and clean, my only complaint was that there were not good screens or no screens on the windows. The mosquitos there are terrible so we got ate up! And they had a lock on the air conditoner so we could not adjust the temperature either.
