The name doesn't lie. Rooftop-view, anyone able to ascend 91 steps on a steep stair getting narrower and narrower will enjoy it! Bathroom with generous shower, and even a second bathroom.
The entrance procedure is explained well in time and pretty clear.
AC is sufficient even during hottest days of the year.
Cooking your own meals is possible.
For business not ideal, no working desk (despite space would be there), and WiFi gives up on download while you try to upload a couple of 100MB. Very very late delivery of an invoice. This needs to be improved for business clients.
Beware opening the windows to avoid buzzing visitors.
AC needs to be kept on all day, as there are no outer window sunblinds, therefore the sun, due to exposition to the South - mercylessly heats up the interior (or the curtains which doesn't change the energy budget inside).
Some special kitchen tools missing: Bring your own special knives, graters etc. Fridge, freezer and cooker hood as well as microwave are there and in good shape, same with the dishwasher.

The property was well located and was reasonable. The main problem was the 92 steep steps required to reach the unit on the top floor. This fact should be highlighted as it was impossible for myself to carry a suitcases to this property and also if any visitor has any type of knee or mobility issues it would be virtually impossible to reach, also it was noted that there was no kettle for boiling water- this is required more than the dishwasher in my opinion. bed sheets on sofa bed had old stains on them and were of poor quality as were the pillows and towels - these items can elevate the quality and for price i expeted better. The location was very good
