Le rapport qualité prix est particulièrement intéressant. La propriétaire a pensé à tout, l'espace dans l'appartement est optimisé et on se trouvait proches de toutes les activités à faire en voiture sur Montpellier et ses alentours! Sans compter le confort de la clim et du parking privé qui étaient appréciables.

Se notaba que era nuevo. Estuvimos muy agusto tanto de temperatura como de comodidad. Se puede ir facilmente al centro andando.

L'appartement est proche du centre-ville avec un parking fermé sur place très pratique. Il est très propre, le linge de maison est frais. L'appartement est joliment décoré, confortable, avec une chambre séparée, volets électriques aux deux fenêtres et climatisation. Annie est une hôte disponible et sympathique.
J'ai malheureusement eu quelques désagréments importants (possiblement dus à la chaleur?) notamment une invasion de fourmis par la porte d'entrée (bien que je n'aie pas laissé de denrée alimentaire à vue). De plus, des odeurs désagréables assez fortes dans la chambre émanaient d'une tuyauterie traversante de la salle de bain. La propriétaire a indiqué qu'elle s'en occuperait. Les instructions d'arrivée pourraient être plus claires (avec un plan fléché par exemple).
