Location and the size! Views of the lake and modern fitout. Close but not too close to the port. Elisabetta is an amazing host, went every extra mile! Be sure to try her cooking class!

The apartment is fantastic. Great kitchen, fantastic living room space, 2 bedrooms, and a single bathroom with a small shower. The views were very good, with a partial view of Lake Como. Lots of great European windows to open; airflow was great. No A/C needed in June. It had a convenient little elevator to the 3rd floor. Very nice shopping, restaurants, boating, and small indoor food/vegetable markets within 3-5 minutes. Overall, a very nice place to stay while visiting Bellagio. We also had a pasta-making class while visiting, which was a major highlight.
A single con was that the bed mattresses were too firm.

Nice, big apartment. Very comfortable to be I. Elisabetta is great and very helpful. Close to everything.
It would be nice to have AC but it was fine for us. You can get a breeze by opening the windows.
