Good size apartment with 2 double sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and most of the facilities you’ll need, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, and oven. Smart Tv with access to (your own) Netflix and other apps, all local free channels are in Spanish. Apartment is in a large secure gated complex right next to the beach with gated access. Our apartment was also right next to one of the good medium sized pools - we saw 2 but there likely more. Complex is a short 5-10 minute walk away from all the restaurants and shops in Alviria and Nikki beach club.

Was supposed to be 2 double rooms but one bed was a double bed base with 2 single mattresses and 2 covers which was very annoying for my husband and I! Air conditioning did not work. Patio Door screens were broken off and just propped up against the wall so we were unable to use them properly. Kept seeing random dead cockroaches when we came back, assuming there were gaps somewhere for them to get in, as we kept the windows and doors shut when we went out. Tiles for the outdoor area were all un finished and just dumped on the ledge and looked scruffy. Quite a distance from Puerto Banus but more of a preference if there is where you want to visit often whilst in Marbella - most beach/night clubs are about 20-30 minute taxi rides away costing between 15-40€ each way. Also had to pay 20€ for check in after 9pm just for someone to be available on whatsapp if we needed them - cheeky way to swindle us out of extra money if you ask me as later flights should be expected for an establishment like this!

Emplacement parfait en face de la mer, l’appartement est grand et très propre avec des draps et serviettes à disponibilités comme sur les photos et tout équipement la piscine est grande et le parking est sécurisé c’est très bien fréquenté. Une personne a l’accueil très gentille vous renseigne je recommande à 💯 et je reviendrai 😊

Läget! Lägenheten var bokstavligen på stranden. Stor lägenhet med gott om yta att umgås på. Bra med smart TV.

Det kunde ha varit lite bättre utrustning i köket. Det fanns tex bara ett vinglas och knivarna var väldigt slöa. Men det är egentligen bara petitesser.
