The property was in an excellent location, very close to the beach and a 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. The pool we used was clean with lots of sun loungers. The property itself was fairly basic but had everything we needed. It felt safe as the Windows has shutters. The air con was okay but you have to leave the bedroom door open at night. The best bit was the balcony with views of the sea. Buses ran regularly to the centre of Marbella.

We feel that communication was poor around collecting keys. We did arrive early but had expected that we would be able to leave luggage and go and get something to eat and drink. This would not be such a problem if you had a car, but we arrived by taxi. We did eventually contact someone to meet us at the property, it is gated so unable to enter the complex (we did get let in unofficially but had nowhere to go with our suitcases ). We had very little other info apart from a local map on our phone to show shops etc. It would have been great to have a book that people can write in with tips and recommendations. The apartment was big enough for the 2 of us but I don’t think it would cater for 4 for longer than a couple of days. The last few days we had someone working on the front of our balcony so we’re unable to sit in it, my issue is that we were not warned about this. On a last note, the complex is very large and can be really noisy at times, we experienced people shouting, doors banging and dogs barking (dogs are allowed in the complex) quite late into the evening

They can't sell this apartment as family one. It is only for max 2 people and not basketball players.
