The apartment was overall okay, however it no longer fully reflects the impressions shown in the photos. It is noticeable that the property has aged over time, and the overall complex would benefit from more care and maintenance. The terrace in particular felt rather functional and lacked attention to detail, giving the impression that the focus is more on efficiency than on atmosphere. There were a few aspects that were somewhat inconvenient during the stay. There was no television, and while the Wi-Fi was usable, it was not particularly strong or stable. The bathroom was acceptable, although the shower only provided hot water for about ten minutes. The washing machine appeared to be connected somewhat loosely to the power supply, and the bathroom door was in very poor condition. On the positive side, the kitchen was excellent. It was well equipped with a good refrigerator, a high-quality cooktop, and a dishwasher—everything needed for a comfortable stay. The air conditioning worked well, and the heating function was also reliable. The terrace door was slightly unusual to close and could benefit from an improvement. What truly stood out, however, was the view. The beautiful, open sea view was exceptional and without question the highlight of the apartment. The area itself was very quiet, the beach was only about 200 meters away, and the secure parking was convenient and reassuring. Conclusion: An apartment with great potential and an outstanding sea view, but one that would benefit from more maintenance and modernization in certain areas. Guests who value peace, proximity to the beach, and a well-equipped kitchen will still find this a pleasant place to stay
