Lovely apartment/area, 2 min walk to the beach and an amazing swimming pool.
No nightlife/ entertainment, if you're looking for things to do after the beach you need to go to Marbella town which is about 8-10km from Elviria

The owners were very helpful whenever we had any questions. The apartment was very clean. Great air con and powerful shower. All the other residents were friendly and the area was nice and close to the beach. There is a large supermarket within walking distance.
There is some road noise due to the location but this did not bother us with the windows closed at night. The pool doesn't open until 11am.

Very basic outdoor furniture and lighting broken
A few issues internally but were sorted efficiently outside issues were known but they were not resolved
No garden furniture round the pool
