About this house rental
958 square feet, 3 bed, 1 bath, relaxing lower unit of a duplex house in a friendly neighborhood that is is great for a family get-a-way. Located within 100 feet of neighborhood park, 2 minute walk to Banks Channel and 5 minute walk to beach access and fishing pier. There is an outdoor shower and backyard patio shared with the upper unit of the house.
Parking is limited to two (2) uncovered gravel spaces to the right of the stairs.
(Please do not park to the left of the stairs due to being reserved for the upper unit.) As for street parking, there is availability; however, the city does charge for street parking during the months of March 1 through October 31.

If you are interested in bringing your pet with you, there is a $250 non-refundable pet fee. Plus, keep in mind that per Wrightsville Beach, NC law, NO Dogs are allowed on the beach April 1 through September 30. Dogs are Only allowed on the Beach October1 through March 31. Dogs must be on a leash at all times.

This spot was the perfect stay for a group of 6 friends over the holiday weekend. It was so central to both the beach and inlet, and only a 15 minute drive to our friend’s house in Wilmington. It was clean and updated, and having chairs and beach supplies there made it so easy!

This property was so great! Super conveniently located close to the beach and pier. Great beach amenities and we loved the outdoor shower. We were in town for a wedding and the three bedrooms were perfect for our group of 5 adults.

The property is nicely refurbished, it has a large kitchen and dining area which provide plenty of space to move about with a comfortable sitting area in front. Perfect place for to have a group dinner / after beach happy hour. Nicely appointed with beach theme decorations. Great place for a relaxing beach vacation.
