Newly renovated 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom with loft area includes a double bed that is perfect for kids. Also there is a sleeper sofa in living room. This condo is located on the second floor of the house with water views.
Only steps away from the beach on one side, and the intracoastal waterway on the other side. Fully furnished. Open floor plan, flat screen TV, one queen size bed in each bedroom. Two full baths to accommodate each bedroom.
Incredible location to restaurants, ice cream, shopping, etc - Balcony and Breakfast Area has ocean and intracoastal waterway views. Wake up with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over the beach in the morning, then enjoy cocktails with the sunset over the waterway in the evening.

The property was ideal for a small family, including a pet. While not overly spacious, I found this to be an advantage, as there was much less to keep tidy. The location was perfect with only a short walk to the ocean. I would return if my travels brought me to the area in future.

Everything was perfect for our first family beach trip! The house was very clean. Its location was amazing close to all the wonderful places to eat. The beach was only a few steps away which made it perfect for our 6 year old. We can’t say enough good things about the property. Thank you so much for such a wonderful stay! We will be back for sure!

Adorable place but I was not able to carry dog up and down the windy steps 4-5 times a day. The steps are small with no backing and he could not walk on them at all. I had to leave days early. Beautiful view.
