About this house rental
Nody's Place is the large classic beach house your group is looking for! Nody's Place has plenty of space for the whole family to stretch out. There are large decks on the ground level, as well as a wrap around porch on the second level. When you enter the lower level you will enter the sitting/dining area. Dining room table can seat 6, with some extra seating in the room as well. Through the dining room is the large kitchen perfect for making a large meal together. Downstairs there are three bedrooms; one with a queen bed, and two bedrooms that each have a queen bed and a twin bed. There are two full hall bathrooms on this floor; each with a walk in shower.
Upstairs you will find the large living room and a second dining seating area, which doubles as a great table for games! There is a large flat screen TV and access to the large ocean view porch. Upstairs you have the remaining 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs with a king bed. The two guest bedrooms upstairs have a king and queen bed. There is a large full bathroom upstairs with a bathtub! The only flaw to this unit is that is it is a classic beach house, and as such there is no washer/dryer in the unit.

Great property and location, late check-in is a challenge and it would be nice to add a key pad to the property so one could simply go there instead of having to stop and get keys (and also return them at departure). Porches are amazing, short walk to beach. In the heart of things make this location great.

In town for sons wedding. Quiet, extra clean, loved the motif. Family had a great time and wanting to come back.

Nody’s Place is was a wonderful spot for our three generation family vacation. There was plenty of space for together time but also spots to tuck away to read a book. We spent the majority of our time at the house on the amazing front porch with terrific breezes and views of the ocean and sunset! Just steps to the beach. It really could not have been better.

Location- great. Porches- great. Kitchen cabinet space and dishes- great.
Property could use just a little updating (paint) .
The property was quite dirty and needed cleaning before the rest of my family came. - the kitchen and bathroom floors had visible crumbs and hair and debris.
The disposal had old lemons and hair stuck in it. The posting says Coin laundry but there was none and for such a large group it was a problem.
The rental agency did not leave trash bags, would not leave enough paper towels and toilet paper for 8 adults. I had to make repeat requests for more and had to pick some up myself from my home on wilmington. That was surprising given the cost.
