About this house rental
Welcome to your next getaway, our beautiful and spacious home. You'll be a stone's throw from a fantastic nature reserve and only a 5 minute stroll from stunning walking and cycling paths.
This spacious one bedroom house is the ideal space for couples seeking a peaceful escape surrounded by the beauty of the great outdoors
As you step inside, you'll find a roomy, yet homely space designed for relaxation.
The living area is there to unwind in after a day spent exploring the local area, with a log burning stove for those cooler nights.
In the kitchen, you will find a large range cooker and a well-equipped space, perfect for those wanting to do a spot of cooking.
There is a dining table so you're able to enjoy those freshly cooked (or otherwise!) meals and socialise around.
The bathroom features a large bath, a full shower, wc and basin.
We're dog friendly, kindly asking that your dog is kept downstairs.
Around the property, you can expect to enjoy the sights and sounds of nature - woodpeckers, nuthatches and the occasional sparrow hawk overhead.
We're just a mile away from the lovely village of Lanchester. Here you can find an array of local shops, including a fruit and veg store, butcher and a fantastic cafe that is run by a lovely German couple - they have a great reputation for their coffee and cakes!
Guests have access to the whole property
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to assist my guests.
Pass the Keys® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned; professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.
The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.
Check-in time is after 4pm and check-out time is before 10am.
A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
