(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

My stay at the rental home was terrible and I want to file a formal complaint. Customer Service was the worst that I have ever experienced. Me and my 8 other guest were locked out of the home in the heat for over an hour after we arrived because we were given 3 different codes for the door that didn't work. There was supposed to be a lock box on the door, but there wasn't one until 2 days after we arrived. I took a very long time for a representative to arrive to the property to help and when she did arrive she had an terrible attitude. She was being condescending, rude and inconsiderate about the urgency of the situation. The sofa in the living room smelled heavily of urine, the sinks were clogged and the flapper in the toilet was not working. I contacted customer service about the issue and after 5 or 6 hour I was told that someone would stop by. It took another 2 hours for someone to get in touch with me. I had to have one of my guest unclog the disgusting hair wrapped drains and adjust the flapper in the toilet. The T.V.s did not work properly either and one of the balcony doors was was stuck for two days. Some of the outlets are very loose and almost hanging out of the wall. That is a safety hazard. That is not what a vacation should be. It was completely unacceptable. I am not happy with the overall stay at all.
