Blue Skies!

What an amazing location with an awesome view as well as very attentive host. We were a group of five women and the large three bedroom, three bath set-up was perfect. The wrap around porch with three sliders and an outdoor table with an amazing view of the ocean was fabulous. Unit has smart tv's, a great B&D vacuum, beach chairs & umbrellas, stocked with cookware, and a few condiments. Would suggest you bring your own napkins, paper towels, and ziploc bags. Check in process was so easy. Parking can be a bit tight, but we always drove up to the top level and found parking with no problem. Property has a great bar/restaurant. Food and drinks were very good. There is a small pool with a tiny lazy river on site, but we did not use it. We opted for the beach only steps away. There is also a coffee hut downstairs. Property is perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwark aree and close to the marina where we rented a boat. I can't say enough about how attentive the host was. He was always available to answere our questions. Totally recommend this property. Can't wait to return with my family.

This place has al the comforts of home while being a perfect location. Easy access to the beach. Nice pool area. Pizza , Ice Cream, or dinner on location. If you are looking for a beach focused vacation , this is it.

Excellent communication with the host prior to and throughout our stay. The location was great with it being right on the beach and just a short drive to the Ripken Experience for our baseball tournament. The view from the balcony was amazing. Kitchen had everything we needed. The building WiFi was a bit slow, but we were also there during a very busy time. Onsite parking was convenient and we only had one time when we had to park in the other garage.

The property was really nice. There was no surprises because the property looks just as seen in the pictures. The host was wonderful; attentive and kind.You will not be disappointed!
