It was in a very nice location

The only thing was that we weren’t able to get more towels or toiletries!

Have the accommodations to all the different activities on the property location and great rooming to accommodate my whole family.

Not having a mirror in all rooms, minor issue, just a preference the property was perfect !

Spacious bedrooms kitchen and balcony

The location of the property was nice and close to the beach. Property manager usually responds quickly and gives good information about your stay

Upon arriving the entire area was extremely dirty. There were two empty beer cans hidden behind a vacuum in one of the closets, there was grape vines and used napkins under the beds in one of the rooms, there was trash and one earring inside the drawer of the same bed room, the kitchen had yellow stains all over the cabinets, the was mold in the kitchen lighting , when we tried using the microwave, a top part of it came off and hit one of the guest in the face, there were stains and sticky stuff on the tables too. We contacted the owner of the property closer to arriving by calling then sending an email with photos to show them and they didn’t send someone until 2pm the next day. The cleaners were very rude by aggressively banging on the door and the guest staying with me had to come get me because they were worried from how aggressive they were being at first. Someone who is paying over $1,600 should not have to come in to a dirty property then have to wait until the next day for someone to come clean it.
