3BR in Sand Dunes Resort, Oceanview, King Suite!

Was not able to use all the amenities of the property because of not proper wristbands given, and also the rooms air condition wasn’t always working

I lived the hotel! Had lots to do and places to eat

Well for one our room had a weird smell we didnt get but 4 rolls of toilet paper for 6 ppl for 4 nights no trash bags no detergents no shampoos we had to buy our own toilet paper and trashbags the pots and pans burned our food they def need to upgrade the kitchenwear only one remote out 4 worked for all the tvs and THE FRUIT FLIES ARE TERRIBLE PRETTY STRANGE FOR A FLOOR SUPER HIGH UP USUALLY THERE IS LESS BUGS ON THE HIGHEST FLOOR! THEY WHERE EVERYWHERE . ALSO NOT ENOUGH TOWELS WE HAD TO REWASH SOME. i was asked front desk they daid they wouldnt give us any. AND THE MAIN REASON I WENT TO SAND DUBES WAS FOR THE WATERPARK.. WE COULD NOT EVEN GO MY KIDS WERE SO UPSET BECAUSE WHOEVER WE RENTED FROM DIDNT PAY SOME FEE FOR IT AND THEY WOUKDBT EVEN LET ME BUY A WRISTBAND IT WAS RIDICULOUS! I DONT KNOW IF I WILL GO BACK IF I DO I WILL NOT BOOK TGROUGH AIR B&B. Also tge elevators kept breaking got stuck in one and THAT IS NOT FUB

Great location. Great beach.

Property really beat up.

Location was great, we could see the beach.

1. As soon as you walked in the entire apartment had a damp smell to it. It was horrendous, the air felt toxic. 2. There was sand all over, seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned in God knows how long. 3. Never was stated we wouldn’t have access to all the water facilities, which was very frustrating. 4. The light fixtures in one of the room, only one bulb worked on the fan. 5. Same room with the light, the floor was super dirty you could not step anywhere barefoot without the bottoms of your feet being black, and this was before we even went out. 6. You would sit on the couch and sink all the way to the bottom immediately. 7. There were so many fruit flies, even though we did not bring fruit w us, it was disgustingly.
