The property was clean and nice.

I was under the impression that we were booking with sand dunes resort which includes access to the waterpark but come to find out it was actually through Myrtle beach vacations but it didn’t specify that online. They do not own the waterpark so we didn’t have access to the waterpark. I found this out 4 days before check in so it was too late to cancel and book somewhere else. This has been a reoccurring problem and staff was not willing to do anything to make it right. In my opinion that is false advertisement and I will never go through booking.com again. The property was good and clean. Nothing went wrong but like I said, it said sand dunes resort not Myrtle beach vacations

I loved the space & view of the ocean. The unit was exactly like the pictures. It was enough space for our family. Not having to keep up with a key card was a plus for me as well as not having to check in/out at the front desk. Communication with unit owner was prompt, I thought I would have to wait a while for a reply but they responded in seconds. Loved this unit & would definitely rent it again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the bed in the main bedroom. Mattress needs to be replaced. One side all I felt were springs.

For the price it was decent.

Booking.com did not disclose that we didn’t have access to the water park and even mentioned the park in the advertisement. We were told by the host that Booking.com refused to fully explain the limitations. Elevator for the entire complex kept breaking down and the parking garage was small and always full and we had to find alternate places to park.
