For the price it was decent.
Booking.com did not disclose that we didn’t have access to the water park and even mentioned the park in the advertisement. We were told by the host that Booking.com refused to fully explain the limitations. Elevator for the entire complex kept breaking down and the parking garage was small and always full and we had to find alternate places to park.

I loved the room. The room layout was awesome, very roomy. Like the fact that it has a store, arcade, and ice cream shop
The fact that we couldn’t use the water park. And the two pools we could use was ice cold
$$$$
