With six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms and space for up to 18 guests, this luxurious waterfront retreat offers breathtaking views of Cotton Bayou and is just a short walk from the sugar-white sands of the Gulf. Perfect for large families or groups, this home blends modern elegance with coastal charm for an unforgettable stay.
Inside, the first-floor main living area is bathed in natural light, featuring a cozy sectional, Smart TV and expansive windows showcasing serene bayou views. The chef’s kitchen boasts granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, seamlessly flowing into the dining area. Step onto the waterfront deck to unwind with a coffee or cocktail while enjoying tranquil views of Cotton Bayou.
The beautifully designed bedrooms provide a restful retreat. The primary suite offers a king bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a private bayou-view balcony. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have king beds and private ensuite bathrooms. The fifth bedroom has two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and the sixth bedroom has one twin-over-twin bunk bed—these rooms share a hallway full bathroom. A third-floor bonus room with a large sectional and TV adds extra lounge space for relaxing or movie nights.
The Osprey #8 - Pelican Landing is designed for both comfort and convenience.
