No matter if you are traveling for a family reunion or to reconnect with friends, this vacation home can accommodate your crew. With six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, four stories, and over 4,300 square feet, you will find room for up to 20 guests.
The first floor of the home is where you will find the living room. After your day in the sun, consider retreating to the living room, turning on the Smart TV, and watching a movie as a family. If you are traveling during football season, this is also a great spot to watch the big game. Through the living room you will find access to the patio. Head outside and jump into the private pool! Sunbathe on the pool deck as your kids spend an afternoon splashing in the water. The kitchen makes it easy to prepare snacks to stay fueled from your adventures. Not only is the kitchen equipped with all the utensils you may need, but it also features high-end, stainless-steel appliances and a full-size freezer. It is a grand kitchen suitable for any type of culinary ambition. We highly recommend whipping up a few snacks after a day on the beach and dining outside. Savoring as much time as you can in the Coastal Alabama weather.
The second floor is home to sixth bedroom and bathroom. The majority of bedrooms and bathrooms can be found on the third floor. No matter which bedroom you choose, you will find comfortable furniture, beautiful décor, tons of natural light, and a Smart TV. A handful of the bathrooms are even complete with walk-in showers so guests can easily rinse away the day. The primary bedroom and bathroom are located on the fourth floor. One of the best features of the primary suite is the balcony. Wake up each morning, open your balcony door, and kickstart your day with the coastal breeze and Gulf views. The primary bathroom continues the luxurious appeal with a clawfoot tub and walk-in shower. There is also a bonus room on the fourth floor with multiple beds that would be a great space for the kids or teenagers in your travel party.

The house provided NOTHING for a person to use the kitchen. No trash bags, rags, or any way to clean up. We even had to buy salt and pepper for our stay. There were definitely not enough towels for the size of the house. Overall, the house is in an amazing location and has easy access to the beach. Otherwise, of all the majorVRBO houses we’ve booked, this one was lacking. The house needs basic maintenance and feels like a shell used for profit. All the toilet paper holders were falling off the walls, toilets were loose, we had to have the air conditioner fixed on the fourth floor, and there was mildew on several walls.

I made the initial reservation for the house in May 2024 for our family vacation in June of 2025. VRBO makes the reservation process exceptionally easy. The positives first:•House is beautiful, Location is on the beach and great•Beach behind the house is private and not crowded, people could walk through but never congregated at our location.•Outdoor balconies were awesome areas of more privacy to relax, pool is small but very enjoyable (With some exceptions)•The location is exceptionally convenient•There is little to no presence of sounds from the outside.•There were a couple of other minor repairs needed that were handled quickly and professionally.Negatives:•People from the restaurant gazed over the short “PRIVACY” wall at us when we are by the pool, sitting on the balconies, and sitting inside. This is the reasoning for the “(With some exceptions)” on the pool and balconies. One of my daughter-in-laws had to say something to a group of men at the restaurant that were gazing at her and making lude comments. •The Elevator was listed and was a large part of the decision to rent here because I as a disabled veteran have two bad knees. Apparently, it was made unavailable because it had broken in April 2025, and we were not notified. Then the first rental agency person I dealt with, a male, was unprofessional and quite rude. This caused me to call my attorney to get to the bottom of the reason it was unavailable. More that I cannot present

The property was fabulous for our family ages 2 to 75! The elevator was great help for the 75 year olds as we were on the 4th floor. The Gulf was visiblethroughout

Loved our stay, location. House was great with a couple of exceptions - elevator noop, stove bake knob difficult to operate, a/c on main floor did not work as well as upper floors.
