About this house rental
Let us share our piece of paradise with your family and/or large group. Our home was built in 2016 and is perfect for your vacation!
It is located in the gated beachfront community of Cottages at Romar in Orange Beach and is situated on lot 16, a south-facing pool-side lot directly overlooking the beach. Southern Exposure features breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, overlooks the beautiful resort-style zero-entry pool, and sleeps 24!
There are 7 professionally decorated bedrooms, all with their own private bathroom, smart TV with streaming capabilities, and built-in closet; including 3 master suites, a family suite with a king bed and 2 bunks, an additional den with a sleeper sofa and gulf-side balcony, and a third floor bunk room with 6 bunks, full bath, and a media room.
The ground floor features an outdoor shower, dining, additional seating, and parking for at least 6 vehicles. Once on first floor, you will find a large master suite with King bed and bathroom with custom shower, including a balcony overlooking the pool and the Gulf; a bedroom with 2 Queen beds and bathroom with custom shower; another bedroom with Queen bed, which shares a large Jack-n-Jill bathroom with the entertainment den that has a queen sleeper sofa and TV; another master suite with King bed and bathroom with custom shower; and a stacked washer and dryer. Upstairs on the second level, you will enjoy an open living/kitchen area with dining for 24 including seating on the deck; a covered porch overlooking the pool and unbelievable views of the Gulf of Mexico; a master suite with King bed and bathroom with custom shower; a family suite with a King bed, two bunks, and a bathroom; a laundry room including a second refrigerator; and a half bath. On the third level, the children will fall in love with the large bunk room, including 6 bunks, a full bathroom, and a media room. There is an indoor elevator that can be used upon request and payment of an elevator deposit.
