Property and location is great. Lower ratings primarily due to outside pool being closed during our stay. This was a BIG factor when selecting this location especially with younger kids. We had red flags 2 of the days. The “caution” tape around the pools although needed was a distraction. Also we were asked not to play corn hole on the oool deck. We received a parking violation 5 minutes after arrival .. had not even gotten into the unit to get the passes. Sheets were missing for foldouts. Coffee pots in both units had issues and can openers did not work. Knife fell apart when cutting fruit.Loved the washer and dryer. Location is perfect. People very kind. I would go back. Would have appreciated sufficient notice about the pool resurfacing. It was suppose to have been complete by the time we got there.

The property was on the first floor - walk outside and there is grass and pools right there. 2 condos side by side - easy to access both. Condos were clean . Beds comfortable. Great location. Kitchens both well stocked with utensils, cups, mugs, pots and pans, silverware . Great for large groups and family

There was a recliner that was partially reclined and missing the power cord. Only half of an electrical socket in the master bedroom worked. And the sink leaked onto my belongings below. No pantry or even cabinet without dishes for groceries. Bring all seasonings and staples not even a shaker of salt in unit. All minor and the location and convenience of the units made it appealing enough for future stays.
