BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years old to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
• PARKING PASSES: 6 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
• CANCELLATION POLICY (FIRM): Cancel at least 60 days before check-in for a 100% refund, 30 to 59 days before check-in for a 50% refund, and less than 30 days before check-in, no refund. Refunds are not issued for late arrivals, early departures, or weather, including hurricanes and named storms. We recommend optional travel insurance.
• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

We had a horrible time with the internet/wifi. Had to use personal hit spots to watch TV in the bedrooms. Several in our group work remote and the wifi was not strong enough to reach bedrooms or even the greatroom. We had better reception and more bars from the wifi NEXT DOOR!!! We came planning to watch the World Cup and we're only able to watch 2 of 5 games because of the weak signal. When we arrived, no internet/wifi at all - missed all of that night's games. A guy came out the next morning, spent a few hours abd finally got it vack up, but a very weak signal. Please please get this fixed. We love the house - 2nd year we have rented it in the summer - high smorices for spotty internet/wifi. We will rent again only if the internet is greatly improved. Please fix it!! Boosters should be everywhere.

This home was chosen for a family celebration and we couldn't have made a better choice. The house itself suited our group very well and the location was central to all the diverse places our family chose to go. Of course, the beach being just steps away was an obvious win. The management company was easy to work with and very attentive.

We booked this property because it had plenty room & a private heated pool; however, the pool heater was broken. We called several times & were told they would send someone to fix it. Never happened!! Also, the WIFI was horrible & the only way you can use the microwave was by pressing the “popcorn” button!
