Located in the heart of Radium, this condo is just a short drive to golf courses & walking distance to the town’s many shops & restaurants. Whether you are looking to enjoy the year-round leisure activities or looking for a peaceful escape, this condo unit has everything you’ll need during your stay.
This 918 square foot condo is located on the third floor with heated underground parking stall and elevator access. This beautiful unit has an open concept living space with a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all the essentials. The comfortable living room offers TV with access to cable and WIFI to curl up and enjoy around the gorgeous gas fireplace. It has 2 bedrooms with walk through closets and 2 full bathrooms attached to each bedroom. The small den has been furnished with a single bed, to ensure the entire family is comfortable. The unit’s private balcony has its own barbecue for you to enjoy some home cooked meals while soaking in the gorgeous views . In addition, you will be able to enjoy access to the resort's many shared amenities, including a seasonal heated pool (mid May to September) and year round hot tub.

We had a wonderful stay at the Columbia Valley Getaway in Radium Hot Springs, BC over Christmas. Natasha was an incredibly kind and accommodating host! The two king-size beds were amazing, and our stay was very comfortable. We loved being able to park our truck in the warm underground parking that was provided… and the pretty little Christmas decorations spread around the condo was such a nice touch…thanks Natasha! My family and I had so much fun! :)

So happy with the property overall and some extra points for the wonderful view from the living room window, close proximity to the elevator, easy parking, close to downtown, night lights in the bathrooms and the lazy susan!!We play cards and that is always what we use. And, truly, we wanted to stay longer. Thank you to Natasha for her help!
