There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive. The world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax look no further!
You won`t need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks then simply walk out the front door and you will fall in love with the area. If you want to go to the hot springs then a car is definitely recommended.

FAQ
How do check-in and check-out work? We’ve made this completely seamless for you. Upon booking, you will receive our welcome email with all the information you’ll need for a contactless check-in and check-out. Once you’ve arrived and entered the condo, you will find a tablet with all the additional information you’ll need and be able to contact us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Is the pool open? The pool is open from May - September long (weather permitting.) The hot tub is also open and operates all year round.
Is parking included? Yes. As mentioned above, there is a FREE underground parking space included with the rental of the condo. You will also have access to visitor parking as well as street parking if you have more than one car or guests visiting.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.
2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 adults & 2 kids.
3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.
4. No pets of any kind are allowed on this property.
5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.
6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

My partner and I booked this condo for a weekend getaway. It was very spacious, with two bedrooms on the main floor and a third room that is set up as a gym but could also be used as a third bedroom if needed in the loft area. Two full bathrooms were nice. Kitchen was fully equipped, although the dishwasher could really use an upgrade as it had parts missing and was installed crooked, was quite loud and did not clean the dishes - we just hand washed while we were there. Parking in the condo complex is tight. The condo does have one underground spot, but if you have a larger vehicle, you wouldn't fit under there and would need to try to snag a spot in the open lot. There is a pool and hottub in an adjacent building that all condo residents and/or guests have access to - you need a fob to get in. It was clean and well maintained. The condo is walking distance to the main strip in Radium so very convenient if you want to walk to restaurants, coffee shops, groceries, etc. Overall we had a great stay! My only complaint would be the cleanliness details within the condo - the floor was sticky and there was some dirt and sticky stuff on the dining chairs. The bedding seemed clean and it was nice that they provided body wash and hair product in the dispensers in both bathrooms. We would go back.

There was no TV on the main floor. I have mobility issues so the stairs were difficult. I asked about getting a TV on the main floor and was told there were none available. We sat upstairs for 15 minutes and had to return to the main floor because it was too hot. We could not get more fans - none available. So we watched Olympic highlights every evening on the IPad. This was not the unit for us.
